Trading Times:
Stalls will operate over four nights from 5:00pm to 10:30pm.
- Thursday 22 February from 5.00pm - 10:30pm
- Friday 23 February from 5.00pm - 10:30pm
- Saturday 24 February from 5.00pm - 10:30pm
- Sunday 25 February from 5.00pm - 10:30pm
Stall Types:
We are calling for applications for six types of stalls:
- Food stall
- Food truck
- Non-alcoholic beverage stall
- Retail stall
- Information stall (community organisations and businesses promoting services)
- Craft artisan stalls (local crafts and handmade products)
Stalls selling locally produced products that celebrate Lantern Festival, showcase Chinese culture and are in support of the Chinese community will be favoured.
