In our nine-part video series, we go behind the scenes with America’s Cup superfan Brodie Kane as she experiences the very best of Auckland’s summer of sailing.

The 36th America’s Cup is in full swing and Auckland has come to life with the sights and sounds of the events! From Milford to Maraetai, Takapuna to Torbay and everywhere in between, Aucklanders and visitors alike are turning out by the thousands to catch a glimpse of the action on the Waitemata Harbour and Hauraki Gulf.

Add Summernova – Auckland’s newest summer series – to the mix, and you’ve got more than 20 events across the region and countless ways to play.

We want everyone to get in on the action and Brodie Kane is here to tell you how. In our new video series, you’ll meet the challengers, volunteers, engineers, and musicians supporting the array of activity happening this summer. Spend time on the water, at the beach and even in the pub as Brodie teaches you the difference between courses A, B, C, D and E, how to score a sweet spot on the water and even where the best place to find some tasty chicken nibbles in between the races.
