How to join the pledge:
To join the Youth Employer Pledge, your business must be:
• Passionate about helping young people into employment
• Committed toward a living wage within three years of employment
• Able to offer career development paths for young people
• Committed to participating in pledge partner webinars, events and networking opportunities
There is no cost to join the Youth Employer Pledge.
